Where are we?
We are located in northeast Texas in Van Zandt County. We are about:
- 75 miles east of Dallas;
- 20 miles east of Canton;
- 99 miles west of Shreveport;
- 20 miles north of Tyler.
Our place is very quickly and easily accessed from Interstate 20 via either the Willow Branch Road or FM 314 exits.
What's in the vineyard?
We planted four varieties in April 2024: Paseante Noir, Errante Noir, Caminante Blanc, and Ambulo Blanc. Never heard of them?

WINERY STATUS 2026
In mid-June 2026, we finally broke ground on the winery building! We will open our tasting room as soon as we can. We KNOW -- we can't wait, either! We don't yet have licensing to make or sell wine here, so we will all just have to wait.
(We don't have to wait patiently, but we do have to wait.)
We are proud to say that, in 2025, our vines were hearty enough to allow them to develop fruit, and we harvested 1.5 tons of grapes from our one year old vines. This fruit was sold to friends of ours for their lovely nearby winery, and we know they will soon be serving up some delicious wine there from it.
Due to the late spring freeze of St. Patrick's Day 2026, our primary buds and shoots were very much affected, and our harvest did suffer a bit for it. Sadly, we have numerous damaged (and several dying!) vines that will have to be retrained or replaced. Despite this bad news, our 2026 harvest was relatively successful,
and we harvested about 1.8 tons of grapes from our two year old vines.
